My Journey Behind the Lens
I discovered photography at a time in my life when I was craving more meaning and connection. Life behind a desk felt unaligned with who I was. I longed for freedom, exploration, and the quiet rhythm of capturing what moved me.
Photography became a way back to myself — a way to reconnect with the world and translate time, emotion, and light into something tangible. My background in marketing deepened my appreciation for the power of imagery to shape identity. WHAT INSPIRES ME
Much of my inspiration traces back to my roots in the Caribbean. My creative eye was shaped by time spent in the islands — places where color, rhythm, and connection to nature are part of everyday life. That relationship with nature continues to guide my work. It reminds me to create with warmth and intention, and to honor the story within every frame — an enduring reminder that storytelling, at its core, is an act of presence.
